Once a buyer has invited your company into their vendor pool, a buyer invitation will show up in your portal tasks.
Click on the name of the company that has sent an invitation from your portal screen.
Read through the terms provided, and select the user(s) that will be filling the roles of production contact and bidder. You may then either reject or accept the invitation.
After accepting the invitation, the buyer will then need to do a final evaluation on your company’s capabilities. During this stage, the buyer will show up on your portal under the evaluation heading. You may also notice a sample request task in your portal. This is for you to send samples to us based on the product types your company is able to produce.
Click on the name of the request for samples.
Follow the instructions listed in the request, and click the Sent button once samples have been sent to eLynxx for evaluation.
Once samples have been received and evaluated, you will notice that the buyer is now listed under the active heading in your portal.
